Speakers
Patricia G. Penman
Director, Global Environmental & Safety Actions, SC Johnson
Pat provides global leadership to facilitate the development and implementation of environmental and safety policies, strategies and actions.
Pat directs the company’s efforts to continually reduce its environmental footprint through energy efficiencies and renewable energy sources. Pat leads programs that advance social progress throughout the world, particularly in Base of the Pyramid communities. She oversees the company’s efforts to select earth-responsible raw materials through its patented and award-winning Greenlist™ process. Pat also manages the company’s initiatives to help prevent and combat insect-borne diseases like malaria and dengue.
Pat has more than 18 years of marketing experience with SC Johnson. She previously served as Director of Marketing Services, in which she was responsible for over $500MM of annual spending in consumer communication planning and execution.
Pat graduated from Pennsylvania State University. She has two daughters, Katherine and Michelle.
Ben DiSanti
Director of Planning and Perspectives, TPN
Ben has been charged with developing a Planning function internally for TPN. He offers a diverse background in marketing, research and advertising spanning over 20 years, including a range of disciplines from project management to strategic planning. TPN is the fourth agency where he has built a Strategic Planning discipline. Clients such as McDonald’s‚ Burger King, Kroger, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Sprint, and the US Postal Service have experienced the benefit of the insights he brings. His personal philosophy of building brands from retail out, helped him as a team leader, to win the $1 billion USPS business. TPN is a full-service promotional marketing agency with a special focus in the retail arena.
Mary Kay Petrella
Solution Strategist, Experian Simmons
Mary Kay has been with Experian Simmons for a total of 7 years. In her role as Solution Strategist she acts as the consumer research subject matter expert to aid in bringing Simmons-related solutions into strategic accounts, such as P&G, Vera Bradley, HP and Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club. Additionally, Mary Kay managed the design and development of Simmons New Media Study which offers the ability to combine consumer behavior insights around social networking, instant messaging, blogging and photo and video-sharing sites with more traditional media channels. She also helped bring to market Simmons NCS Integrated (NCSi) modeling engine developed in 2006 explicitly for the purpose of modeling survey data collected from a disparate sample onto the Simmons National Consumer Study survey data.
Kelley O’Toole
Sr. Marketing Manager, Experian Marketing Solutions
Kelley has been with Experian for more than 3.5 years, where she has been responsible for marketing strategy, development and implementation. Prior to joining Experian, Kelley held positions in the energy, financial and printing industries where her responsibilities ranged from public relations and marketing to brand management. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
