With a diverse background that includes 20+ years of experience in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in both B2B and B2C worlds, Patrick is well versed in getting things done.  Prior to his role leading global brand marketing for Hu-Friedy, Patrick’s experience included marketing leadership positions with such companies as OfficeMax, Experian and Forysthe Technology, as well as agency leadership positions with Leo Burnett and Harte-Hanks.  Patrick will share perspectives on the strategies he’s employed to lead a marketing evolution at a B2B brand with a century-old legacy.

Jennifer has developed award-winning marketing, public relations and communications for several non-profit organizations over nearly 3 decades, with a keen eye for addressing unforeseen changes. During her tenure, she has re-aligned the Aboretum’s customer brand experience, connecting the dots from brand strategy through to day-to-day communications. Jennifer will share best practices for staying nimble while distinguishing an organization and its mission from others.

Having worked at the intersection of brand, marketing, publishing and technology for 30 years in multiple C-level roles, Jonathan is fluent in the forces that are challenging today’s CMOs. He has authored numerous publications and spoken on tools a risk-intelligent enterprise can use to understand and survive in the new media landscape.  Jonathan will share viewpoints on how marketing leaders can best adapt to manage risk and recovery in a high speed world.

Jill Kouri – CMO, Americas for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)

Jill Kouri is the Chief Marketing Officer, Americas at JLL, a Fortune 500 professional services and investment management firm serving clients who own, occupy or invest in real estate. Jill is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications activities in JLL’s Americas region. She leads more than 250 professionals who develop, promote and protect the firm’s brand as they execute the Americas marketing strategy through business development, digital marketing, events management, industry and sector marketing, internal communications, and public relations. She serves on the firm’s Americas Executive Committee and the Global Marketing Leadership Team.

Jill joined JLL in July 2014 and has 25 years of agency and corporate experience in B2B services marketing. Prior to joining JLL, she spent 14 years with Accenture, where she served in increasingly senior roles. Most recently, she led marketing and communications for Accenture’s Product Operating Group, an $8 billion-plus business that is the company’s largest. During her time with Accenture, she also led marketing for Accenture Interactive and the Consumer Goods & Services Group. Jill will share perspectives for collaborating and building partnerships with CIOs to get things done and drive results.

Matt Gonterman – CIO, Americas for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)

Matt is a strategic Chief Information Officer of JLL, a Fortune 500 professional services company specializing in commercial real estate. He leads a team that provides innovative, integrated technology solutions to improve business performance for JLL and its clients in the Americas with the goal of positioning the company as a technology leader in the industry. Matt has more than 15 years of experience and proven success in transforming IT organizations by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to IT systems and business processes.

Matt joined JLL in 2016 from SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving where most recently he was SVP and CIO and managed a global team that facilitated the relocation process in 170 countries and 1,475 locations. He was with SIRVA for five years in increasingly senior roles where he led infrastructure strategy, grew lead generation and rolled out a new client analytics platform. Prior to that, he held several information management and IT leadership positions during more than 10 years with General Electric. Matt will share his experiences on successfully partnering with CMOs to drive strategic growth.
